URATO OXIDASA RECOMBINANTE DE DOSIS FIJA EN EL TRATAMIENTO DEL SÍNDROME DE LISIS TUMORAL PEDIÁTRICO
- El síndrome de lisis tumoral (TLS) es una emergencia oncológica frecuente en niños con cáncer hemato-–linfático, y en entornos con recursos limitados la utilización de urato oxidasa recombinante (RUO) suele estar restringida al tratamiento de TLS ya establecido. Este estudio describe los resultados obtenidos tras administrar una dosis fija única de RUO (1,5 mg) en niños (<15 años) con TLS tratados en un centro regional de India.
